TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our office is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Public holidays are to be confirmed at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and fees. Guests are required to show photo ID and a credit card upon check-in.

PAYMENT:
All guests must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking that can be pre-authorised. Payment is taken on arrival. We accept all major credit cards and Farming Cards.

GUEST POLICY:
Guests are welcome until 9:00 pm, and no noise is permitted after 10:00 pm.
ASURE Aveda Motor Lodge is non-smoking in rooms; a designated smoking area is available outside.

To make a reservation, you must be over 25 years of age.

CHILD POLICY:
Children under 8 years of age stay free. Port-a-cot and highchair are available upon request.

GROUP BOOKINGS:
Bookings of 3 or more units are considered Group Bookings and are subject to separate Terms & Conditions and cancellation guidelines. Please call us when booking 3 or more units.

ADDITIONAL:

  • Lost keys, damage, missing items, or extra cleaning will incur a fee.

  • Spa bath units: please do not use items that do not dissolve. If jets become blocked, an additional cleaning cost will be charged.

  • Lost property can be returned to the guest at the guest’s expense.

  • Cooking is allowed, but food that causes odour or stains is not permitted—charges will apply.

  • Pets are generally not allowed unless they are guide dogs.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded if cancelled.

  • Other bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival without a fee.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival incur a first-night charge.

  • Once a guest has arrived, no refund is offered if they wish to change the length of stay.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:
ASURE Aveda Motor Lodge reserves the right to make changes to any of its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communications from ASURE Aveda Motor Lodge.
